I have the honour to request you to be
so good as to inform me of what degree of success has attend-
ed the enforcement of section 91 subsection 7 of the Public
Health Act of 1875, andas to the manner in which it is enfor-
ced. It would also be very useful to this Government to have
copies of any regulations on the subject observed by Munici-
pal Authorities in England.
