Inspector Moffat.
He is suffering from loss of power of the left side of the body with some cerebral symptoms,e.g.slight loss
of memory.
The cause is in our opinion specific but his condition has undoubtedly heen aggravated by an attack of ma- larial fever contracted at Pingshan last Summer.
