I have the honour to forward for your ap-
proval the enclosed paper of particulars relating to the ser-
vice of Police Inspector Thomas Moffat, and to recommend with
the concurrence of the Members of the Executive Council, that
a pension at the rate of 341.80 per annum be granted to him
as from Ist.March, 1900.
