a new overseer should be obtained in England, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the ordinances; I, suggest a salary of $150 per mensem, with exchange compensation and I strongly recommend that the Crown Agents should be directed to take the necessary steps at the earliest opportunity for the engagement of some person duly qualified, as the need for his services is very pressing.
