We certify that we this day took into custody from the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation the sum of $750,000 (Seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars) as deposit against excess issue of notes under Ordinance No:6 of 1896.
The total sum now in custody is $6,070,000 (Six Million and seventy thousand dollars).
