I have the honour to forward the enclosed copy of a letter I have received from the Acting D.A.A.G.(B) relative to the return of the copy of the Hongkong Defence Scheme issued to me.

In accordance with the request contained therein I have returned my copy of the Defence Scheme, but I beg to submit that I can be of little or no service as a member of the Defence Committee if I have no copy of the Defence Scheme in my possession.
