but perhaps not sufficiently explicit consistent. In 2's case we said the departmental Certificate should be amended so as to read "was retired on the 25th August with reduced Pension!" In Stanton's case
we simply ordered the alteration of the word "dismissed" into "retired on a reduced Pension".
Possibly the two testimonies differed; the second witness deposed differently to start with, this may account for the difference, but if they have alleged on that the "was" in Quincey's case, I think S. has just a colourable grievance, for on reflection it seems to me that the mission...
