2. Your case does not seem to Government to come under Clause & the Pension minute as meriting a grant of a higher rate of pensions on account of "peculiar or extraordinary merit warranting...

3. Your request that the extra salary received by you as assessor from June 1894, to November 1895 may be counted for pension purposes under clause 14 paragraph 2 of the Pension minute cannot be entertained, as more than 3 years have elapsed since you held the appointment.
