Mr Macuughter 16/4 Sew. Hammerton 1927 fr. I am directed by Mr Secretary Chamberlain to inform you that he approves of your insuring account of the Colony of Hongkong, as it may be necessary, at the rate of $950 a year from the 1st of June at 4/2 the Dollar.
