4 1892 I saw the Hong Kong Government Gazette, which latter office I have continued to occupy to the present day, together with that of acting office of Valuator from 4th day, 1894 to 7 November 1895.
I would beg to add that from the year 1884 to the present, my employment in the Colonial service amongst Hong Kong has been continuous and unbroken, with the exception of leave of absence, and vacations.
