This is unfortunate; the gov's in March last asked for the warder to be sent out at the earliest possible date.
The C.A took five months in finding a candidate & this Candidate has taken more time in refusing the offer.
The Govt asked for an unmarried man to be shipped. I understand C.A have a good married candidate & with it difficult to get a single one.
Shall we tell them that if they cannot get a single one they must get a married one & Quarter be provided or an allowance in lieu thereof must be paid.
