I am in receipt of Letter of yesterday's date regarding the health of Mr Robert Thomson, Police Constable, Hong Kong.
Dr. Thomson is quite a healthy man. He suffers, however, from stiffness in his ankle and great toe the result of Rheumatism.
Besides this stiffness there is enlargement of the Malleoli of both Tibia and Fibula, which makes one hesitate to say positively that the condition will entirely yield to treatment.
