Re Hong Kong Civil Hospital appointment.

I have spoken to a number of eligible young men regarding the above appointment, but only one has decided to apply. His application is forwarded herewith together with testimonials.
The applicant was a Student in the School of Pharmacy & is known to me. It has been to his advantage to have had a large wholesale business where he was specially engaged in the making of pharmaceutical products.
