Laredoine would suggest for Mr Chamberlain's consideration that Sir Harry Blake be requested in the first instance to ascertain whether the General Officer Commanding the Troops at Hong Kong would concur in the proposal to move the 2nd Btn, Royal Welsh Fusiliers, away from his command.
