The Director of Military Intelligence presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies and requests that he may be allowed to see a copy of the despatches dealing with the delimitation of the Northern boundary of the newly leased territory near Hong Kong.
A map showing the boundary provisionally delimited in March, 1899 was recently prepared by the Intelligence Division to illustrate C.O. 10053.99, but Sir John Ardagh has received no further information on the subject.
