Your of Hongkong has the Hongkong Customs that all Chinese Customs Stations must be removed from Hongkong territory by April or claims will be liable. They beg me to submit their case to Y. E. as in my immediately preceding Tel. for the favourable consideration of H.M. Govt. I told the Hongkong Govt to take action. I am telegraphing to Hongkong to this effect.
