With reference to your Despatch No 14 of the 19th January last respecting the proposed new law courts for Hong Kong, I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your despatch.
A set of eleven drawings of the proposed building, in addition to the five mounted plans enclosed in your Despatch referred to, and with a copy of a memorandum from Messrs Aston Webb & Ingress Bell, Consulting Architects to the C.A., explaining the drawings.
