MEMORANDUM.
We have sufficient information to prepare the whole of the architectural details for the exterior of this building.
We have also sufficient for the interior generally but we should be glad to know the kind of woods that would be preferred for the joinery in the various rooms and courts. Also the material of which it is proposed to construct the staircases and whether any other material than ordinary plaster would be used for the finishing of walls and plastering.
The constructive iron work we have already prepared the details for.
With regard to the sanitary work we should be glad to be supplied with the number of urinals, closets and lavatory basins that may be considered necessary in each block and generally the sort of fitting preferred and if hot water is required to any of them.
With regard to the heating we should be glad to have the temperature required for the rooms with a given temperature outside, and also the rooms that it is considered should be artificially heated.
It would also be useful to know when arranging the boiler power
