of Hay Kay in regard to the supply of silver coin for subsidizing the use of that Colony.
2. I am to add that it is not probable that they will be a natural deficiency in the supply of subsidies to the Colonial Government, nor if shipments to the Colony should be somewhat delayed;
it appears from the latest Treasury Returns that on the 31st of March last, the Government had $874,100 worth of subsidiary coin on hand, and that $900,000 worth was on its way to the Colony.
