In the event, which is rare, of the whole
European and Chinese staff being on duty at the same time
(none on leave) there would be four Pupil Teachers to two
classes, when I would propose to put them on duty alternate
weeks, and the time off duty would be employed in the very
necessary further study of English and the Science and Art of
Teaching.
