It is anticipated that the radiation of the rays of the sun from the flat roofs under the windows of the offices on the 2nd floor, will cause those offices to be extremely hot in the summer: if verandahs cannot be built outside these rooms, some means should be taken to check the radiation, and to keep the interior tolerably cool.
There are no other matters calling for comment from us.
