and as it involves no alteration whatever in the plans of
the architects, I propose to authorise the Public Works
Department to proceed with the foundations according unless I hear from you to the contrary by telegram, the Director of Public Works reports that he hopes to be able to commence to lay the foundations of the new Law Courts
before the end of February.
