Sections 9 and 10 of the Ordinance do not require any special comment,
and Section 11 of the Ordinance lays down a definite time within which the alterations required by this Ordinance must be made.
Section 12 empowers the Magistrate to order the removal of illegal structures.
Section 13 lays down what are to be deemed to be offences under the Ordinance, and Section 14 provides for penalties for offences in respect of which no penalty is otherwise provided for by the Ordinance.
