2. Mr Chamberlain trusts that it may shortly be found possible to take steps with a view to checking the prevalence of venereal disease in these waters and would be glad to be informed of any action which may be taken in this direction.
3. A copy of this letter and its enclosure has been communicated to the Admiralty.
