With regard to paragraph 3, Mr. Ng Kwai Shang states that he is a sleeping partner in the "Wing-Kee" firm, drawing 1/15 of the total nett profits of the business, which are divided in June of every year, and that he also receives a bonus of 5% on the profits of the Chinese emigration business from Hong Kong to the Straits Settlements.
