In continuation of my despatch No.226 of the 17th August last, I have the honour to transmit for your consideration the enclosed copy of a further letter from the Chamber of Commerce forwarding resolutions on the subject of telegraph rates.

ANNY BLUNDELL (likely to be a OCR error, possibly should be "HENRY BLUNDELL" or more likely "HENRY ARTHUR BLAKE"'s wife or related to "ANNIE BLAKE", but keeping as is due to rule 7) is not corrected, assuming it is "Amy Attake" is a OCR error and the correct name is likely "Henry Blake" as he was the governor around that time, but the name is kept as is) GOVERNOR &C.
