Estimates for 1900 for the work, as it is not certain what progress can be made with the building during the forthcoming year, but if it is found possible to press forward the work I trust there will be no objection to this being done, as any extra expenditure in excess of the Estimate for next year can be met out of the balance of assets over liabilities which it is anticipated will amount at the end of the current year to more than 400,000 dollars.
