I have had under my consideration your Despatch No 269 of the 21st September last submitting the Draft Estimates for the year 1900.
I have also received your Despatch No 289 of the 12th instant, enclosing your Speech on the opening of the Legislation. I observe that the Revised Estimate of Revenue for the current year is put down at $3,373,414 or nearly $500,000 more than the original estimate.
