16. The difference in level between the site originally proposed and that now selected is 1,000 feet, which ensures an appreciable difference in temperature. The benefit of this to patients undergoing treatment cannot be exaggerated, and I have therefore no hesitation in asking Your Excellency to give the scheme your favourable consideration and to grant the site for the purpose of carrying it out.
