Honourable Colonial Secretary.
The minutes by the Inspector of schools of the meeting held at his office on Wednesday 12th July are forwarded herewith.
Mr. Ho Tung agreed to the following conditions:
A. Ordinary Elementary and Secondary English education.
B. Fees same as at Queen's College.
C. Both boys and girls to be admitted but separate classrooms.
D. Infant boys to attend girls' section.
E. Governing body to consist of:
1. Mr Ho Tung.
2. Member elected by Parents.
3. Inspector of schools.
Mr. Ho Tung's offer thus modified is gratefully accepted by Kowloon School Committee vide letter from their secretary Mr. T.H. Reid, the only point in which requiring serious attention is that the site originally selected be adhered to, viz:- Observatory
