black line. This would reduce the area to be added to that now held by the Admiralty to 28,750 square feet, and I am pre- pared to grant that area on payment at the rate of 30 cents per square foot by way of premium and at a nominal Crown rent of $1.00 per annum.
A right of way from Queen's Road through such land would of course be granted to the Naval Authorities.
In the event of the terms suggested above being acceptable to you, I will address a despatch to the Secretary of State requesting his sanction.
