(Minutes.) The site originally asked for at ferons preced worth $32,000 as premium & $30,000 as a Real of $1200 a year.
It is proposed to give a smaller site for a premium of about $10,000 to charge a Real of $1 a year.
The capitalised Rent on this smaller area would be between $9,000 $10,000. This is the sum which it is proposed to present to the Admiralty. We have just got the Treasury & Council to agree (see 24168 H.K.) that the Admiralty is not entitled to be relieved from the payment of Rent in such cases, to the proprietors in the present
