You that Her Majesty will not be advised to exercise
her powers of disallowance
with regard to the Ordinance
of 1899 of this Legislature. of Hong Kong a copy of which accompanied your despatch 205-7 of 14th March last

I desire, however, that any
future Amendments
of the Rules should be
submitted to the Secretary of State
forthwith, complete and final.
