I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a
Supplementary sum of Two hundred and Eight
thousand Six hundred and Seventy-two Dollars
and Eighty-seven Cents, to defray the Charges
of the Year 1899.
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
