I beg to state that as I have already been entrusted with the keeping of the books for collecting squatter licence fees, Village Crown Rent and Village House Rent since 1895, and with a certain amount of additional work since the transfer of the Suitors' Fund accounts to this Department my office hours are fully employed and a portion of the Rates notice writing work has to be done at home nearly every quarter.
