I have the honour to transmit for your consideration the enclosed copy of correspondence between the Local Auditor and the Comptroller and Auditor General together with copy of a report by the Treasurer on the subject of the conversion into currency of certain transactions appearing in sterling in the accounts of the Crown Agents and to suggest that if you see no objection the Crown Agents be instructed to carry out the suggestion of the Local Auditor.
