do not apply to
the suggestion made in the despatch
I think it would be
desirable if we adopt the
suggestion
of appointing a lady doctor to the
Women and Children hospital
in the
same way as in Ceylon.
It may not have
immediate
great result, but I think it would gradually help to solve this vexed question. This lady doctor's duties should also be to attend to the venereal
