Referring to my despatch No.159 of the 23rd ultimo,
I have the honour to transmit for your approval the enclosed
Requisition for arms, equipment &c. for the Hong Kong Volunteer
Corps, which are required for the addition to the establishment
of the Corps reported in that despatch, and I have to request
that the Crown Agents may be instructed to execute the order
as soon as possible.
