This is the officer who complains that in accepting his original appointment Mr Chadwick was misled by its terms.
His engagement certainly seems to have been muddled (see 4204 subsequent Paper).
The provision is certainly omitted in Wood (see 4821).
He has had an increase of duties in '93; since then he has had no increase.
