We recommend that the cost of the upkeep of the Corps be assimilated with the system in force in the United Kingdom, viz:
The Government paying the following charges.
Establishment.
a. Drill shed, buildings, stores shall be provided and maintained free of cost to the Corps.
b. Adjutant and Quarter Master.
c. Corps Quarter Master Sergeant.
d. Transport, allowance for....
e. Camp allowance $2 per head per diem, for not less than 3 days, and not exceeding 8 days.
f. Ammunition → Gun 7 Pr. R. M. L. Cartridges filled 7 Pr. R. M. L. for instructional purposes.
