of the 6th October last saying that in the case
leaves for seventy-five of ninety-
years
it should be definitely
laid down that the
original
lessee or
the
assignee
in possession,
On
the
expiration of the term,
should be offered the renewal
for a further period of seventy-five years
the lease upon such
terms
of the
advance
rent of Crown Rent as is
justified by the then value
of
the land & without fine or allowance
of
compensation for improvements
or
disturbance should be allowed
to the lessee
or
assignee.
3. I find you
the above explanation
appears to exist in regard
to my
decision in this matter.
4. With reference to your
telegraphic correspondence
referred to
of
further term of seventy-five years
if
at any time
the land should be resumed by
the Gov't for any public purpose
