Mur Cox whom I have asked about it tells me the words 'in perpetuity' appear to him to be a contradiction in terms subsequent oper
I am inclined to suspect there has been a corruption in transmission & that the word 'or' which should appear after 'misquoted' has become 'in perpetuity'
absorbed in that wevid which reached us
But even if that conjecture is correct, the Telegram still seems to me far from clear.
