I gather that the Governor intends to give the site or at a nominal rent. There are precedents for giving charitable institutions such practically free sites to refer to minutes on 6/4/1898. We do not know what terms the Tung Wa holds their present site, which was granted a long time ago; Intrifit is desired to continue this Hospital to encourage on a basis above this site being 75yrs. at a nominal rent, subject to the provision that the Govt. may resume the land at any time for the purpose for which it was granted.
