All west of No. 5 Police Station, and all above and
below Queen's Road. Three postmen. Delivery from Praya Post
Office every two hours.
Kowloon District.
Four postmen. Delivery every two hours.
Peak District.
Two postmen. Delivery at noon and 4 p.m.
For dealing with Chinese letters there should be six
postmen, two of whom would deliver the Chinese letters from
Canton and Macao. The other four would effect three deliveries
daily of Chinese letters from other parts.
