Weekly list of papers without covers
Closes mails for Aden & Batavia by British, French, & German packets; Shanghai by Canadian & American packets;
assists in sorting & closing mails for Shanghai. - English, when on afternoon duty; French, when on morning duty.
Closes Chinese mail by British & French packets, when not on Shanghai sorting.
Assists the Senior Clerk to sort & deliver the town portion of the French mail from Europe.
Has 3 months Sundays duty.
