I, Lam Sing, of No. 236, 27 Staunton Street, ground floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong-Kong, do solemnly and sincerely declare that I am at present employed as a Broker in the grass matting trade. I have resided in Hong Kong for the past 36 years. I was formerly in the Hong-Kong Police Force. I served in the Force for ... years. I resigned on Commuted pension on the 3rd May 1894. I was on the Detective Staff for 4 years from 1887 to 1891. I was on Charge room duty after that till I resigned.
