In the 14th year of Kwang Hsu there was a
Tsz Fa Lottery office of which Chau Kuan was Master. Inspector
Quincey, in a room on the second floor of his dwelling-house,

ordered Wong Kwok to pay the Five dollars, which he received daily
from this establishment, to Tan Shat at noon every day. The Tsz
Fa lottery was stopped in the 18th year of Kwang Hsu.
And I hereby further solemnly declare and
say that the facts set forth in the above statement are true to
the best of my knowledge and belief.
