Hsu on the 3rd day of the X Moon, Hong Kwok was banished and does not know who paid the hush money to Stanton afterwards. In the 15th year of Kwang Hsu a Tsz Fa Lottery office was established which paid Two dollars a day to Wong Kwok to pay Cheung Hoi to pay Stanton. Cheung Hoi continued to receive this money up to the time of his banishment in the 17th year of Kwang Hsu. Afterwards Wong Kwok received the Two dollars a day from the Tsz Fa Lottery house and handed it to Yeung Fat to pay Stanton.
In the 18th year of Kwang Hsu the Tsz Fa Lottery was stopped and no more money was paid.
In the III Moon of the 17th year of Kwang Hsu, Sergeant Wong Yau ordered Wong Kwok to go to the Five large Fantan houses and receive Two dollars a day from each to give to Sergeant Wong Yau for Inspector Quincey. After the death of Wong Yau, Quincey met Wong Kwok in Hollywood Road and ordered him to pay the money he received to the Detective Tam Shat, Quincey's brother-in-law. Tam Shat received the money and paid it in turn to Quincey. In the first decade of the 7th Moon of the 18th year of Kwang Hsu, Wong Kwok received from the three gambling houses in Cheung Bing Street No. 3, Wa Lane No. 4, and Rong Lung Street No. 2. One hundred and Sixty dollars which he paid to Inspector Quincey in his (Quincey's) room. Wong Kwok on this occasion paid the money to Quincey with his own hands because Tam Shat was going to Macao.
