the rate of $50 a month each to Yeung Fat for Stanton and Quincey. I also made eight similar payments to Yeung Fat for the following police at the rates mentioned after their names:
Tang Chung $10 a month
Holt $15 to $25 a month. ($15 would be for half a month if there was only opium run during half the month. Similarly, if business was done for half a month only, Stanton and Quincey would only get $25 each)
