To meet all these items aggregating $805,000, it may be anticipated, I think, with comparative safety that with the receipts from the new territory and the natural expansion of business the revenue, independently of the introduction of fresh taxation, will show an increase of some $300,000 from ordinary sources, and in view of the increasing demand
